Non si sa molto sulla nuova IP di Bungie, Matter, ma tramite alcuni annunci di lavoro, possiamo ricavare delle informazioni indirette su alcune caratteristiche del prossimo titolo.

• Il primo annuncio, per  Incubation Investment Designer, fa intendere come il prossimo IP, probabilmente, includerà necromazia e dungeon, inoltre si fa rifferimento a grandi quantità di armi e armature, e da qui si può supporre, sempre ipoteticamente, che sia un looter-game.
  “You are the glue between the sword and the reward. You will work in tandem with our sandbox and economy teams to build and distribute items to our players. Living inside a giant database of hundreds of baubles, weapons, and armor is nothing new to you. And neither is building a system to cleverly distribute those items in a necromancer’s dungeon.”
• Il secondo annuncio, per Lead Combat Designer, sembra sugerire che il gioco includerà anche abilità, per quanto riguarda il giocatore o i PNG.
• Da un altro annuncio sembra che il nuovo titolo avrà un atmosfera comica e stravagante, probabilmente un po’ scansonata, stile Borderlands, per intenderci.
  “Would you like to work on something comedic with lighthearted and whimsical characters? Do you think a lot about how art impacts gameplay, how character design can enable fan cosplays, or how character poses and environments speak to different cultures all around the world?”

Non c’e molto altro da dire, ricordiamo che sono tutte ipotesi basate su annunci di lavoro, quindi niente di sicuro. Non mancheremo ovviamente di tenervi informati.
